Toughened Glass

• Heat‑treated to create high surface compressive strength (typically exceeding 100 MPa), giving the panel significantly greater impact resistance than standard float glass
• Breaks into small, blunt granules rather than sharp shards, reducing the risk of serious injury if damaged
• Required by Australian Standards in doors, low‑level glazing, bathrooms, and other high‑traffic or high‑risk areas
• Suitable for pool fencing and for balustrades where the fall height is under 5m

Laminated Safety Glass

• Two or more glass layers bonded with a durable interlayer, creating a panel that stays intact even when cracked
• Provides superior safety — fragments adhere to the interlayer rather than falling away, maintaining a barrier after impact
• Required in overhead glazing and in balustrades with a fall height of 5 m or more, where structural laminated glass with stiff interlayers is needed so the panel can continue to carry barrier loads in the event of cracking

Acoustic Laminated Glass

• Specialised laminated construction using sound‑dampening interlayers that significantly reduce noise transmission
• Improves indoor comfort by minimising traffic noise, neighbour noise, and general environmental sound
• Ideal for bedrooms, offices, street‑facing windows, and high‑noise locations where acoustic performance matters
• Can be combined with toughening or additional layers to meet safety or compliance requirements without compromising sound control

Security Laminated Glass

• Multi‑layer laminated construction engineered to resist forced entry, impact, and deliberate attack
• High‑performance interlayers hold the glass together even under repeated blows, maintaining a barrier and delaying intrusion
• Suitable for commercial premises, shopfronts, schools, and residential areas requiring elevated security
• Can be specified in various thicknesses and configurations to meet different security ratings and compliance needs
